We understand that unexpected events may arise, which may cause you to cancel your attendance in our photography classes. In order to ensure fairness to all attendees and our instructors, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• If you need to cancel your registration more than 30 days prior to the class start date, we will issue you a full refund.
• If you need to cancel your registration within 7 to 14 days prior to the class start date, we will issue you a 50% refund.
• If you need to cancel your registration within 7 days prior to the class start date or fail to attend the class, we cannot issue you a refund.
• If you are unable to attend the class due to unforeseeable circumstances such as illness or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
• In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule the class, we will issue you a full refund or offer you the opportunity to transfer your registration to another class.

To cancel your registration, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your name, the name and date of the class you are registered for, and the reason for cancellation.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We hope to see you in one of our future photography classes!

As a condition of your attendance at a Georgia School of Photography Workshop, Class, Seminar or other event, you expressly grant Georgia School of Photography permission to use images of you, captured during the event, and to use those images for the purposes of recording and reporting on this event and for use in promoting events and that such uses shall not impose any liability on Georgia School of Photography or entitle you to any compensation for the use of your likeness.

You hereby acknowledge and assume all risks associated with your participation in Georgia School of Photography classes, workshops, and events. You understand that participation in these activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to bodily injury and property damage.

You hereby consent to indemnify and hold harmless Belletti Photography, LLC DBA Georgia School of Photography against any claim or liability arising out of, relating to, or otherwise concerning this Agreement, georgiaphotoschool.com, use of Georgia School of Photography spaces, services or equipment, or use of the georgiaphotoschool.com website, whether brought by you or any third party, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, injury, or loss to you or your party, or to your possessions, while participating in Georgia School of Photography classes, workshops or any other event. You hold harmless and indemnify Georgia School of Photography and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests, and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. This indemnification will continue in full force and effect during and after the class, workshop or event period for such causes arising during the aforementioned class, workshop or event period. You hereby assume all liability that may arise from your participation.

YOU HEREBY ASSENT THAT YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN GEORGIA SCHOOL OF PHOTOGRAPHY CLASSES, WORKSHOPS OR EVENTS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL GEORGIA SCHOOL OF PHOTOGRAPHY OR ITS AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE GEORGIA SCHOOL OF PHOTOGRAPHY SPACES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.

IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS WHERE ANY PROVISION OF THE ABOVE IS NOT APPLICABLE OR ENFORCEABLE, GEORGIA SCHOOL OF PHOTOGRAPHY’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH LOCAL LAW. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY TERM, CONDITION, NOTICE OR OBLIGATION DESCRIBED IN THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE GEORGIA SCHOOL OF PHOTOGRAPHY WEB SITE AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN CLASSES, WORKSHOPS OR EVENTS.

Notwithstanding any terms or conditions contained herein, Georgia School of Photography’s liability for any and all damages shall not exceed the total Fees paid by you.

By registering for any class, workshop or other activity, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand this liability release statement, and that you are voluntarily signing it as your own free act and deed.
