Night Photography Workshop

Students will learn how to use long exposure and bracketing to capture dynamic sunset and nighttime photos of the Atlanta skyline from this popular photo spot. Get greats shots in low light by making the most of your equipment and planning ahead. We’ll meet early to stake out our preferred locations, then have a group discussion on how to achieve the best results. Tips on how to process and edit your photos will also be provided.

Schedule:Coming soon!

Location: Jackson Street bridge, downtown Atlanta

Requirements: Camera with manual controls and a sturdy tripod. Remote shutter release recommended but not required.

Instructor: Shannon Belletti

Other Notes: Parking is available on nearby side streets and may require walking a block or two. We recommend parking along Cain St or John Wesley Dobbs Ave near Jackson Street. Please watch for any restricted parking signs. The bridge sidewalk is wide enough to hold large groups of people, and you may wish to bring a small collapsible chair (as long as it does not impede access to others.)
